Cathy MacDonald

Reiki Master Practitioner
Member of the Canadian Reiki Association

Cathy MacDonald of NewLeaf Wellness, Streetsville, Mississauga

Cathy is passionate about helping people reduce stress and increase relaxation. Having a natural ability to communicate and connect with individuals on all levels, she is a highly effective practitioner who takes the time to educate her clients on how thoughts and emotions affect our physical bodies.

Originally driven by her search to alleviate her own debilitating symptoms related to fibromyalgia, she discovered the tremendous healing power of Reiki. It provided her with control over her own healing for the first time and was the mind/body/spirit connection that had been missing in her treatment plan.

She started sharing Reiki with a few friends and family and then the requests just kept coming. She was helping people resolve crippling pain in their knees, neck and back.

Helping others to get rid of persistent headaches, achieve deeper sleep and states of relaxation not attained before and energizing those with low energy. She incorporates, applies and shares the knowledge gained through her continuous studies with her clients.

Cathy is a Reiki Master and offers classes allowing others to take greater control of their own journey towards health and well being as it applies to all areas of their life.

Luna Thai Yoga Massage

Luna Thai Yoga Massage

Selina Chang was first introduced to Thai Yoga Massage on the recommendation of a fellow yoga enthusiast. After receiving her first massage she thoroughly enjoyed it and was hooked to the deep relaxation and energy it brought to her body.

While volunteering at the Toronto Yoga Festival, she participated in a Thai Yoga Massage workshop, and was introduced to several techniques which she discovered felt just as good to give to someone as it was to receive.

Thai Yoga Massage has taught her to be balanced and grounded in order to share only positive energy with her clients. Selina received her training from Lotus Palm in 2009 and in 2010 is excited to bring Metta (loving-kindness) and relaxation to her clients.

In her free time, Selina find balance by doing yoga and taking yoga retreats, playing sports, and taking care of her dog, Kimchi. Adopting yoga as a lifestyle, she has discovered physical, emotional, and spiritual changes in her life.
